Chile sauce from La Familiar New Mexican food Restaurant in Albuquerque shown below with a It's a recipe that is over 100 years old. It's called the Grandma Gloria taco plate. You too, can prepare this wonderful salsa served with the Chile Pequin or better know as Red chile sauce made from our Crushed Red Chile seeds/powder.  

The recipe is: One cup water, 2 ounces Sandia Crushed red chile, 1 pinch oregano, 1 medium size minced garlic, 2 ounces minced onion, 1 teaspoon salt. Let ferment over night.  Wala! A great Red Salsa.  Enjoy.
